Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or engaging us for services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the site or our services.

Scope of Services

We provide product design, web and mobile application development, e-commerce solutions, search engine optimisation, paid advertising and social media marketing.

The exact deliverables, timeline and price for any engagement are defined in a separate written proposal or statement of work. Where that document conflicts with these terms, the signed proposal takes precedence.

Quotes, Payments and Refunds

Quotes are valid for 30 days from issue unless stated otherwise. Projects normally begin after an advance payment, with the balance invoiced against agreed milestones.

• Invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice.
• Work may be paused on overdue accounts after written notice.
• Advance payments cover work already scheduled and performed and are non-refundable once a project has started.
• Third-party costs such as hosting, licences, plugins and ad spend are billed at cost and are your responsibility.

Client Responsibilities

Timely delivery depends on both sides. You agree to provide content, brand assets, access credentials, approvals and feedback within the timeframes agreed in the project plan.

Delays in providing these materials will shift the delivery schedule accordingly, and extended inactivity may require the project to be re-scoped.

Revisions and Change Requests

Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds at each stage. Requests that fall outside the agreed scope, such as new features or a change of direction after approval, are quoted separately as a change request before work proceeds.

Intellectual Property

On receipt of full payment, ownership of the final deliverables created specifically for you transfers to you, including source code, design files and content we produced.

We retain ownership of pre-existing tools, libraries, frameworks and internal components used to build the deliverables, and grant you a perpetual licence to use them as part of your project. Third-party assets remain subject to their own licences.

Unless you ask us in writing not to, we may reference the project and display non-confidential work in our portfolio.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business, technical or customer information shared during an engagement, and to use it only for the purposes of the project.

Warranty and Support

We warrant that delivered work will substantially match the agreed specification. Defects reported within 30 days of delivery are corrected at no charge.

This warranty does not cover issues caused by third-party changes, modifications made by others, hosting failures, or changes to external platforms and APIs. Ongoing maintenance is available under a separate support agreement.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any engagement is limited to the fees paid to us for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost data or business interruption.

Marketing and SEO outcomes depend on factors outside our control, such as search engine and advertising platform algorithms. We commit to the agreed work and reporting, not to specific ranking or revenue guarantees.

Termination

Either party may end an engagement with written notice as specified in the proposal. On termination you are billed for all work completed and committed costs up to that date, and we will hand over completed deliverables that have been paid for.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of New Delhi, Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
